1)What security is available?
- 8 foot fence with barbed wire. Electric gate with keypad. Separate code for each tenant. More than 20 cameras with tag reader for exit/entry. Automatic lighting at dusk.
2)Are there any new renters specials?
- Currently, any new renter gets the 12th month free.
3)What about renters insurance?
- All renters are required to have renters insurance. We provide on our website renter's insurance for as low as $12/month. Otherwise, you must provide proof of renters insurance of your own within 2 weeks of renting
4)What about an emergency such as being locked inside during a power outage or a natural disaster?

5)How do I get a code to get in the gate?
- When you rent a unit, look for an ID number. Usually ,it will be the last four numbers of your telephone number. Use those four numbers followed by the# sign.
6)What is Climate Controlled?
- Climate controlled means that the temperature will never be below 60 degrees or above 80 degrees.Additionally,a dehumidifying system keeps the humidity at 55%
